Reassign worker from one location to another?

Is it possible to assign a worker from one location to another? Or do i need to fire them and rehire to the new location?

Pretty sure you've gotta fire em' I had to fire mine and rehire them at a different location.

I figured it out. You have to delete all current worker assignments. Assign them to a new bed at the new house. AND assign them to the new workstations. You will have to run with the clipboard open and ready to choose them, so it might be a little run, but itll work.

This is not working for me at all, I have 5 workers in the bungalow, just bought the farm and wanted to bring them over, What I did:
- take away everything in the bungalow
- place everything in the farm
- go back to my botanist at bungalow, select assign a bed
- go all the way back to the farm
- select a bed
- select pots
- select storage with everything in it to plant (soil, seeds, fert,...)

I've even tried placing money in the suitcase on his bed, which does disappear, but he's still just at the bungalow saying "There's nothing for me to do right now" when I ask him why he isn't working

Same with the cleaner, placed trashcans, assigned bed and trashcans, even went to go get some trash and thew it next and in one of the cans, he still just stands next to the bungalow saying "There's nothing for me to do right now" if I don't pay em they say that they didn't get paid

Either way they are not moving at all

It is working in a way. Assigned new bed and trashcans to cleaner in the new house. he goes to the bungalow as soon as there is something, but goes back to the first house afterwards.
