Cartel question
Dose the cartel they mention in beigining of game do anything?
Am playuing a coop with buddy. were curently in down town i think and were wondering if later on, Dose the cartel actually do much. Havnt seen em at all or mentioned since beging.

Tho ik were still alot of progression for us.

Honestly, the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ massive. I have 16 hours in the game, and just unlocked the dock clients. There’s still 2-3 more regions for me and I’m like enforcer 3. I really really hope the cartel does something soon, but I haven’t even unlocked cocaine yet
