There's no overpass, where tf is the mayor's house at?

on the map it should be like a maroon red and says suppliers meeting i think. And there is an overpass. it goes directly over the main road. the meeting spot is normally to the left of the building next to the parking lot opposite the motel.

Mayors house is far North East side of the map. You should see his dot on the map while he is in the location he states.
