Is worth $80, but can be sold for more.
I mass produce and then give the dealers a stack of 20 jars for each and that lasts them ages.

Huh? It is fully automated.
For a 3 ingredient meth build getting jarred:
Chem->Oven->Mixer1->Mixer2->Mixer3->Package->shelf
Chemist1 set to Chem->oven->Mixer1
...this chemist moves item from chem to oven to mixer1 and then to mixer2
Chemist2 set to Mixer2->Mixer3
...this chemist moves item from mixer2 to mixer3 to packager
Handler1 set to packager1
1. shelf1->supply chem with 3 ingredients all on one shelf
2. shelf2->supply Mixer1
3. shelf3->supply Mixer2
4. shelf4->supply Mixer3
5. shelf5->supply packager with jars
I haven't bothered to see if the better mixers are actually more efficient than the less good ones because I'm not running out of product. You make more product than your dealers and yourself can sell with this setup.
Same with botanists. There seems to be no point to putting sprinkers and soil feeders on tents if you have a botanist. the botanist waters them themselves. And whatever efficiency you MIGHT gain is irrelevant because you will never run out.
They already can... it would just be inefficient using 3 routes when whatever you're making can go directly to the packager. The packager outputs to a shelf. A handler can move things to the packager and already has to to get the jars there.
