There is a way people have copied their save file from the demo, but it will introduce other problems such as: no missions; missing items. I'd recommend starting fresh.

You would have to edit a lot of the files in your save folder. You can open all of the .json files in notepad and update the "GameVersion" to 0.3.3f10. I don't know if it will fix anything and you should back up your save before trying this.
