i started a save with a friend and dont wanna press new game to start a solo save and accidentally wipe the progress we made for wanting to start a solo save

Absolutely can have multiple saves. I also have one with a friend and one with just myself.

To clarify, you can start multi games but the game will only do one save and keep overwriting that same save file. You probably can go into file manager and manually copy and paste your save game so you can have a backup save. Currently I have 2 games going. One more for testing and messing around and the other one I play normally. As for multiplayer/coop saves I am not sure if they work the same or different as I only played solo so far.

Say i get the game i can make my own save file and my girlfriend can wmake her own save file?. Im just wondering?. Is it like palworld kinda save?.
