i cant find the place

yeah i couldn't find him for the longest time, either, but i eventually did.
he's at the top of the little hill that leads down to the hardware store.
start going down the hill and look to your right and you'll see him.
right before the little alcove where you sometimes find customers.

Hey, I wish this helped but it doesn't, I've looked pretty much everywhere, is there any other information you can give? I literally wait out the 6 hours and then call him again, hoping that he changes location, works most of the time but not always.

if it's the place I'm thinking it is: from the motel, exit and keep going to the end of the road, cross over, turn left and just as the hill drops down, on the right there's a small raised section (just before the d*ck graffiti). He'll be on that raised section..

I'm having this issue too, when he says he's gonna be there for 6 hours is that in game hours? or real life hours cause I've waiting multiple in game days and i cant recall him

I think everyone here has misread or misunderstood the game mechanic (like I did)

He's there for 6 hours FROM THE MOMENT YOU ASK TO MEET HIM, he's not there 6 hours later... like I assumed because that's how every other timed event is in this game.

If you do a couple more dead drops with him the option the see him again with be there, select it and go straight to see him (or within 6 hours) he'll be there.

I couldn't find him the first two times he went there. The third I looked this up and saw you comment. Saw him right as I looked up at the hill. I ran past him multiple times and just never saw him. Burst out laughing when I saw it.

Check your maps dudes, he has a little icon that appears.

It's a bug, don't ask him to meet up when the timer stops and it tells you that you have to sleep. He wont have the icon. He might actually spawn, but you gotta find em without the icon.

He also moves and isn't always in the same place. but yeah, when you call for a pickup they appear instantly and only stay for 6 in game hours. Should be indicated on the map as mentioned above.
