Im Hustler I and still didnt get a new quest. it feels oddly long for no quest to appear at all. Its not as linear as the quests before were/showed the progress

same, maybe the game doesn't advance so quickly, but I haven't reached that level yet.

Some quests are triggered by different things. I know ranking up triggered a few, getting the second supplier, having 25k in your account etc. There may be a flag you haven't triggered yet.
