how do i unlock new regions
sounds dumb but i cant get any customers

Level up.

The phone app that shows all the people and their links to each other has tabs for the other regions and tells you what level you need to be to unlock them.

You give samples to potential customers you need to find, and I believe you need to level up to unlock new regions.
