Can you actually perma-kill?

Keith came to my door addicted and wanting drugs. I tried to sell him some meth he didnt want, he tried to stab me.

I ended up shooting him and throwing him in the dumpster near my bungalow. I don't seem to see Keith anywhere now? :( RIP I would honestly only use non lethal had I known he could / would just be removed from the game.

Yes, I think this happens.. I've seen a early access playthrough where the content creator kills everyone in the warehouse for giggles then they can't buy anything..

Nahh they come back a while later.

I enabled the command console and gave myself a gun to try it out, blasted Keith in the face and he was back buying from me not long after.

Didn't like me very much though.

That Keith guy is pestering me too and always tries to stab me. I clubbed him to death with a baseball bat and threw him into the ocean... the next day he was out and about again. I guess I'll never get rid of that psycho.

If perma-killing customers becomes a thing in the game, I have my sights set on Jessi Waters, she got me arrested twice because she wants to deal right in the open after curfew is started.

Knocking them out means they sleep it off. If you use more violent means such as a gun, the machete or explosive effects; then they are out for several days. Can find them in the hospital sleeping it off there. If you knock on the hospital door, they will be in the list but they won't come out if requested for obvious reasons.

Funnily enough, the hospital has a limit so things get a little odd if you go on a spree.
