The New Clothes are in your Inventory, That is if you have a slot open for it

I cant seem to take off my shirt and go bare chested. I got all these tats but the clothing is bugged right now and you cant go without a top unless I guess you chose that at the beginning.

Discard slot bottom right of the screen when interacting with shelves, equipment, phone etc
