Bug: Can't move in the prologue

Hello yesterday I started the game for the first time and when I spawn in the van/prologue I can't move at all. Hoped for the update today but it ain't fixed it :/ a lot of other players have the same issue but there is no workaround or something else. Also tried re-installing etc.

Same issue, I've tried reinstalling and verifying game files to no avail. Hoping it gets fixed soon. I know we can skip it but I want to see it at least once.

Had the same issue.
Click skip the prologue when starting new game.

So I turned my graphics down to 'High' in the main menu, launched the game, and I could move. Once I was in I turned it back up.

I had this bug on high but switching it to very high and then back fixed it for me as well. Very unusual bug.

Anyone know of a fix to this? Tried swapping to High from Ultra and then back again. Seems like I'm the only one affected by this as my friends seem to have no issues running around in the Prologue...

same bug here but i set the graphics to low in the main menu then started a new save and was able to move around. switched it back top high and it works

Adjusting the graphics didn't help for me. What worked for me, though, was going back to the main menu and loading the automatic save of the prologue.
