Not true. Make sure you've assigned the dealer customers otherwise he won't have anyone to sell to

I tested again, I can confirm you don't need to check for sale, just give it to the dealer.

no they dont, my dealer sells without that any drug is active. he needs to asign peoples to the dealer.
