What is the gameplay loop?

I have literally never heard of this game before and it's getting CRAZY players so can someone briefly explain it to me?

Like said above its basically drug lord tycoon. Resource management and crafting to create drugs and then running about town to make deliveries and pickup materials while avoiding police. Kind of a metagame where all your clients have different drug effect preferences and satisfying them opens up connections to new clients. And then as the game progresses you can sorta automate out parts of the process by hiring workers to take over parts of the crafting/delivery/etc work.
