Online not working
when i press the plus button to invite my friends , nothing happens, neither does anything happen when i press the play game button once a friend does invite me, any idea what might cause that?

Sometimes the Steam overlay gets bugged and doesn't open properly - after pressing the plus button, try alt-tabbing back to Steam desktop, going to your friends list, right-clicking your friend and selecting 'invite to game'. Keep in mind you need to first press the plus button so that a lobby is opened.

this didn't work for me , HOWEVER a COMPLETE steam reinstall worked
