Nothing for sale = No calls to set deals = worse money by at least 20% (Dealers take I think a 20% cut each). If you are smart you assign all deals to late night since time doesn't ever move after 5 AM, and each deal gets you a free 20% curfew bonus.
So basically you're theoretically losing 40% money per day if you do this.
Your own clients look at the app and see that some products are no longer available, so they want to buy the other stuff you have available.
I havent tried turning off every product, i am to scared to try that, if you do that, tell me what happens.
Listing things on/off affects what people text you and ask for.
Dealers will sell whatever you give them, regardless of what you set as on/off.
Customers say "Nvm" if you end the day before answering them/bringing them their stuff.
When they text you, it's for that day.
If you're tired of getting "Nvm", stop making your customers wait.
If you turn everything off, people will stop texting you to buy from you directly.
It has no effect on your dealers.
I don't care about optimization. I only turn on sales on specific stuff when I want to sell some left overs I have after dealers. Then I turn if off so I'm not constantly annoyed.
To the people feverishly typing about how I'm wrong and this is bad and I should deal to certain whales after curfew and 20% cut thisand BLAH BLAH BLAH I DONT CARE SHUT UP
Nothing, really. You'll stop getting texts from clients until you turn one back on. It's a good way to get a break in the early game if you're waiting for product.
However....sucks for the people that end up waiting next to the barbershop....
Do you try to lure away the cops? I tried that and got arrested LOL
You can still deliver if you're careful. Crouch in the bushes, hide behind trees, etc. It's tricky but doable.
If you don't mind exploiting, you can go behind the barber shop and come from the side walking backwards. If you're not looking in the direction of the cops, they won't see you... stupid, but it works.
So if combined it feels like an instant 'WANTED' pursuit.
