Content configuration unavailable?

Hi guys, anyone that could maybe help me figure this out or point me in the correct directions.

Bought the game today, but when tryna install i get the content configuration unavailable and it just goes back into scheduled queue for downloads and retries every so often.
ive tried clearing download cache, restarting steam in admin, just plain restarting steam, tried trying to install it in one of the various betas that are available and nothing works.

Any advice would be appreciated.
