Customers do not order

Customers don't order from me, or from dealers. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

too high price, bad relationships or just bugged, try to safe and reload, some customers only text you late at night

Lower prices
save & reload
go out and sell direct to npcs
punch dealers
check rating with them from mobile
unclick npcs from dealers list, then try re adding npcs

Try listing it in the 'Product' area, choose product then check the 'List for sale' box.
For the dealer, go to 'Dealers' then assign customers.
