In my experience, the in game anti gravity effect wore off naturally after approximately 10ish minutes without requiring any specific actions. You might consider attempting to sleep in game to expedite this process. If that doesn't yield results, unfortunately, I don't have additional suggestions, as the effect resolved on its own for me without further intervention.

I use Anti Grav, Sneaking, Athletic. It wears off over time for me. But I heard energy drinks ends the effect instantly.

It wears off. I use 2-3 per nightshift.
