Next, set the handler to pick up from the designated drop off point, and move it to the packaging station.
Second, make another route from the shelf with your packages (jars or baggies) to the packaging station.
Set the packaging station to deposit to a third shelf as the designated packaged drop off.
If you don't have any of the back half set up (after he picks up the product) he just hangs on to it until you supply him with packages and place to drop it off at when its done.
If you point the clip board at the pots, mixers, and stations, some have a "drop off" designation you can assign it so that whoever is on the station will take the finished product to a spot you choose, it saves having to have a dedicated handler to walk around picking it all up.
I've had that happen, but usually its a pathing issue with the stuff they interact with. I get it a LOT with chemists with the cauldron/oven pathing I have when one of the cauldrons gets locked up. Sometimes hitting them works, but usually unassigning them from everything, saving, and restarting then assigning them back works for me.
