You didn't give much information on how you setup your handler.

You should have a shelf with baggies / jars and set the handler route to go from the baggie/jar shelf to the packing station.

Then make sure they are paid and they should move empty jars to the packing station once it is empty or they are done packing drugs.

I did exactly that, he only refills the unpacked drugs to the packing station but not the baggies...

Make sure you have 2 shelves. one for baggies/jars and one for product. Delete the paths from your handler and create 2 new ones. The first path should go from the shelf with baggies/jars to the packing station. The second should be product to the packing station. this setup always works for me. Don't forget to set a destination on the packing station so it gets emptied.

That's what I did but I don't know why he won't refill the baggies...Also sometimes the chemists will be stuck to the mixing station for no reason...

Try swapping the baggies to the shelf where your product is and the product to the shelf where the baggies are. If the handler starts moving baggies and stops moving product there is probably a problem with the location of that shelf.

For chemists, sometimes you have to save and reload the game because workers sometimes get stuck. You can also try and knock them over on your skateboard or beat them down and move them for later.

On the handler issue. You could fire and rehire one or check the game files to see their inventory.
He might also have some items stuck in his inventory possibly.

You can try to check

C:\Users\<Your User>\AppData\LocalLow\TVGS\Schedule I\Saves\<Your Steam ID>\<Your Save>\Properties

Open the Property that is having issues and go to the Employees folder.

Find the employee's name. Check the Inventory.json file.

Open the Inventory.json and remove everything in the Items so that the file only has this:

{
"Items": [
]
}

Apparently there are no Inventory.json file, only "Configuration" and "NPC"

Yah tried that, he stopped taking products and only take baggies

Keep in mind that the packing station can't do both baggies and jars at the same time. So make sure the supply shelf has either or in it. Change them out between just baggies or just jars until you need the other type.
