Modding help?

How are people making mods for this game? I'm entirely new to making mods, but I'd like to give it a try but not sure how to get started

looks like they're editing basic hex files and just injecting it through bepin/melon. into the game so the client registers the edited file. as for how idk. im assuming that edit allows the engine to call or make w.e changes based on whats injected when the game initially loads etc.

Or I could directly ask the community of people playing the game that might know something about it, instead of asking Google and getting some Ai-slop random answers
