How do I restock shelves without ruining my experience?
right now i have a farm with 6 mixes, not even 8 or 9, and restocking the shelves is making the game unfun, 24/7 im just running around with supplies / ordering supplies, is there a way to make it playable? or a secret tip

Idk, im running into the same problem, you get to a point where everything you do is just restock
Yeah, this is the current flaw in the game design: mid-game turns into delivery boy simulator. For a neat trick that reduces the grind a bit check out:

Gotta watch to the end to get to it, but basically he shows how to use a Handler to auto-unload deliveries. However, that said, the player still has to visit the location to see how much stock is down.
bro i found a money glitch istg

I just don't do mixes of 4 or more. You really don't need to. The game is very linear and you can make so much that you still make plenty of cash and don't spend the entire game pretending to be a Walmart stockboy instead of a drug kingpin.

Maybe it will be more necessary later, but you can literally just grow weed w/ a couple mixes through the entire game if you want lol.

You have 6 MIXES??????? not a mix with 6 ingredients??

You don't need that much variety, just stick to 2-3 mixes you gona sell, you can even do just 1 if you want. There is no need for variety, customers will just get whatever you decide to sell.

This is a good tip if you're tired of stocking but I'd say be a little aware.

By really late game stocking becomes about the only thing you can do to pass time aside from running to launder money every day.

Where I'm at I'm grinding the last few levels before hitting Kingpin and there isn't anything to do to pass game time before I can sleep and earn the XP. I've got countless shelves stocked with drugs to give my dealers and no need to actually make anything as it's almost all automated. If I didn't have to take time to stock I'd literally just be staring at the screen until I could sleep only to wake up and repeat the process.

In short, if you don't like stocking in this game you will pretty much hate the end game unless you just like sitting.

Good point. If the Casino was legit, that might be a good way to pass some time lol.

Guess we're getting good at Egg Jump or whatever then!

I agree on the casino! I wish/hope it get's some love as it would be a nice way to spend all the cash we've earned. Also, if we actually lost a lot it would give more motivation to actually grind more money. As it stands my only motivation to continue grinding cash is for the 10 million dollar achievement lol.

Yeah you're right. It's a grind even if you use delivery vehicles.

IF you are doing a 4 ingredient mix, and IF you have enough beds to use a second handler, here's a little trick that can slightly lighten the burden.
You set the first handler to stock each mixer from large shelves. Then you set the second handler to stock those four shelves from a second set of four shelves. Now you can stock full trucks of each ingredient at a time, 320 each to start, and at least a full 160 on the back shelves when they run out first.

This works good in the bungalow cooking meth, you can use 3 chemists to run four chem stations, four ovens and four mixers, and then 2 handlers to double up the storage. Not much better, but it means you can order a couple trucks of ingredients and then go out and do things knowing it won't run out and stall the cookin'.
Huh weird just made a suggestion post on the appropriate section of the forum. Had the idea that would be nice to schedule deliveries similarly to paying the employees. Go to a store, check off the items, set a time, and as long as there's money in the store's inventory it'll auto send the items without ya have to constantly order them.

And then even better would be paying an additional fee for the store to restock your shelves. But since labeling isn't in the game yet that'd likely not be as easy to do for a while still. Don't think the clipboard system would be good for guiding the items to the right shelves but who knows what dev can do.

clearly this person is using a mod as nobody else can do get handlers to unload a loading dock

you may play with somebody who likes to restock :)
just an idea..
stop mixing and pump out gold tier coke or weed, 8 drying racks, and 8 air buckets and full spectrum lamps split 4 between the two botanists dont give em all 8 pots or 8 racks. you can also back up the drying rack chain pretty fast to start making a backlog for brick making. if u have extra cash buying fert helps speed up drying process by 12hrs i think. i had the bungalow pumping out 8 stacks of bricks every 2 days. a dealer only needs 3 and takes like 5-6 days to sell 3 bricks. and every dealer sells roughly the same speed slinging purple tier drugs.

as for restocking, botanist was a pain. since you doing 4 different shelfs and that ties up a handler of 4/5 spots. the best route i found was
1 shelf with x3 10 seeds, x3 10 fert, x2 20 ELL soil.

then place three shelfs
shelf 2, all seeds
shelf 3 all soil
shelf 4 all fert.

then get handler to move each shelf to shelf 1 the botanist are using. repeat this for a second handler and shelfs and you can leave them alone for roughly 4-5 days. off 2 botanists.

its i think 160 of each item to fill each shelf for each handler to restork for a botanist shelf.
