No NPC in Suppliers meetup

When I ask for a meetup with the supplier, they agree, a table spawns on the location they tell me but there is no one there, I can't buy anything because there is no NPC to interact with. I've only unlock the first two suppliers and it's happening with both.
No mods installed and no debts with them

I think its a bug with the games NPC teleporting. In my game they are all in the woods behind a house just standing there. You can talk to them, but they dont say anything other than "Hello". I tried knocking Albert out and seeing if that reset him but no luck.

Had Similar issues that and customer getting stuck or not appearing at the meet location, only "fix" ive found is to save the game and reload it that fixes it most the time otherwise you just have to wait it out and either miss the deal or re-arrange the meet up :/

I'm having that issue with Albert as well. At least he still stocks the dead drops!

had this last night: are you guys playing in coop?

because i was hosting and my friend was able to successfully get him to spawn elsewhere when my cell phone still didn't even allow me to set up another meetup.

not on beta either for future ref.

(in beta) Ok, try this, i had to do this multiple times until he showed up:
Save the game at the motel and quit, then load your game. Call him for a meet up, if he doesnt show up then repeat this until he does. Meet ups seem to reset when you load your game. He finally showed up in front of the motel after 3 repeats of this.
