Botanist Priority needs to change

The priority coding with Botanist. Botanist needs to prioritize trimming on all assigned plants before they start applying the pots with new soil, seed, and watering. It's more efficient this way.

i also found this wierd... i just worked with the way it was coded and hired more botanists than what were probably needed.

Edit: also maybe Tyler could add a priority selection feature so that everyone could grow plants the way they want. whether it be watering top priority or trimming.
