Performance issues on latest patch

The latest update brought some performance issues. I was playing on Ultra settings since the first day with 90+ FPS.
After the update I get 35 FPS max. If I change settings from Ultra to High (one below), I get 140+ FPS.
I don’t understand how I can possibly get 35 FPS in this game with my setup.
CPU i7 13700K
GPU RTX 4070 Ti (12 GB)
RAM DDR5 32GB

Yeah Ive been noticing some random lag spikes. I play with youtube running in the background.

noticed this as well, I was running ultra before, it was super smooth, now it stutters like crazy, makes it very hard to enjoy

I noticed this as well, it's using up like 80%+ of my CPU, used to play on High settings without issues, changed it to low without noticing a difference, the game keeps stuttering like mad.. I run on an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz

Noticing a load of stuttering and a drop on frame rate, in the last 24 hours.

My PC specs are:
CPU: i9 14900k
GPU: 4090 RTX
Ram: 64GB DDR5

I just turned off vsync off (un-dotted) in Display and it seems to help with the stuttering
