It definitely isn't "banned" - it was removed due to awaiting classification.

That being said, I would put $100 on it never hitting Steam in Australia again. It goes against all the Australian Classification rules;

- Drug use should be implied only very discreetly, and be justified by context.
- Drug use related to incentives or rewards is not permitted.
- Interactive illicit or proscribed drug use is not permitted.

It won't come back.
