You can't but it's simple enough to counter offer from 3 to 5 or 6 to 10.

Me personally I just make baggies to sell to customers myself then give dealers jars and bricks. Not sure of any other way.

When they call you up asking for something, simply upgrade their order to a multiple of 5. If you approach them on the street, you can attempt to sell them the jar but there's no guarantee that they'll take the deal.

They take it good deal, if not rinse and repeat.
