Has anyone..
..fully automated the mix of a product with staff without needing to touch the process? I guess with only involvement being buying ingredients for them to be able to continue. If yes please share ideas?

Currently, I have a shelf, and fill it with one stack of 4 different ingredients in required order to make my product. Once handlers and chemist finish product, it’ll sit on the mixer waiting for me to collect it only because ingredients have run out from shelf, but i can’t add more until I remove ‘final’ product else it’ll go in infinite loop until I get involved.

How do I get the end product to a shelf elsewhere so the automation can carry on or you can’t?

Bulk mixing "conveniently" requires 1 mixing station per ingredient.
2 chemists, 2 handlers, 8 mixing benches with 10 shelves. Fully automated. No probs'.

Yes, atm, you need to keep the shelves full using more handlers or some manual labour but with some of the stuff on the way, full auto' will be easy.

I only need to add drugs to shelf 1, all mixers empty out to the next mixer, last mixer to a shelf with packer to pack.

For myself i made Meth like:

Chemist (Chemistry station - Oven - 2 mixing stations)
handler (restock Chemistry station - add ingredients to mixers - make Bricks)

so only thing i do is restock shelf for ingredients for chemistry station and mixers and take bricks to give to dealers.

So with 3 Chemists and 2 Handlers i have full 4 Chemistry-Oven sets to make and mix meth in docks.
Sometimes if youre making a new mix you dont have you have to discover it for them first before they will actually start mixing the product.

Ah, one mixer per ingredient makes sense. So you just keep pushing output from mixer 1 until ‘last mixer’ until end product. Then last mixer output to shelf.

Now I see why you need barn etc.

I had success with a 4 mix station set up for weed at the bungalo. I put the 4 mixers and shelves for ingredients for them in the bed room
A grower working 5 pots fills up a shelf
I move that bud to another shelf (this is just so I can control when they start)
The handler starts that shelf to the station and makes sure each station has ingredients and then the final product is sent to a shelf near a bagger / bricker
It's still kind of a ♥♥♥♥♥ keeping 160 X 4 ingredient shelves stocked but a day or so of solid work once it gets going and you 'discover' all the variants in the chain and I had 170 of a 4 mix bud which sold for pretty good.

I know mixing is inefficient but i get a kick out of it.

The method you found is very space and employee efficient to mix 8 times, but laborious for you to restock. But mixing 8 times isn't really worth it until unlocking coke and by then, might as well do it in the barn.

Imo use the bungalow for 1-mix maximum and use a handler route from loading bay to shelf, shelf to mixer. Then order delivery of viagor.

Unfortunately I started off a bit excitable and my meth is 7 ingredients and sells at 270 I think.

Weed is 4 ingredients

Both setup in bungalow with one mixer per product.

Not much but Makes about 10k a day with 3 dealers.

Coke I’ve just started and now have the barn.

With this 1 mixer per ingredient approach I might move meth and coke into barn.

I still want to be involved a little so don’t mind grabbing ingredients.

I tried all sort of big mixes and i just don't see point, i mix meth with 2 ingredients and i get base price 140, sale price at 225, and rarely i sell them under 240 per piece. So for me mixing 5, 6 more components i just don't see point for now.

i use same ingredients for coke and i sell it for 500 piece.

This is cool but I don’t want to sell the product. So I go for base price high for dealers. That said I don’t think my 7 ingredient meth mix is worth 2 handlers considering one handler can only path 5 sets of things. Need to re think !
Try this method for pricing.....you're welcome. :D

Asking price x 1.6 = best total

This is ok until you don’t want to sell yourself.

yes, all i had to do was pick up the jars.

use handlers to move mixing ingredients from shelves and mixed weed to the packing station, have a handler package it, and then have a handler moved the packaged weed to a shelf for storage. it seems like for your setup, these are the only necessary changes.
