i have a question if we bought the game now and after 2 years the full game is out are we going to buy it again or will i already have it ?? because i show the early access comment and down its written (Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
“Schedule I will increase in price by 25%-50% after Early Access.”) so what does it means i have to spend 20 on the game then 40 to 50

please be kinda thanks for reading :)

No. One purchase once. EA has always been like that.
The longer answer:

Early Access allows developers a way to have a game out as an early "beta" or "alpha" in some cases, and you pay a price that is usually somewhat cheap to reflect a bit of what's in the game at that time.

Some devs will increase the price along the way as it continues to get updates and more content is added. Others may not increase it until it leaves Early Access. A few may not increase the price at all.

The system has its pros and cons.

I've been involved in EA since it's inception, with over 100+ titles. I have never seen a price change, and certainly not incremental increases. Specials are an obvious exception to this.
I have seen a fair few games increase in price after leaving early access. A big one that did was Satisfactory. Matter of fact, here's the video announcing that very thing:

That being said, this price increase happened about 2-ish months prior to leaving early access in September of that year. This is the only example I can find off hand. You can see on SteamDB that it was cheaper during it's early access period here: https://steamdb.info/app/526870/ - with the new price going up on August 5th, then going 1.0 gold on September 10th with a 10% launch discount.

While far from the only game to have done this, it is one I personally know of. There are probably many, many more examples of this.
