Wheelchairs!

I really enjoy the game and when playing with friends i like to goof around!
would love so much for the wheelchairs to be functionals like push a friend or drive it myself do wheelies and also i brought one in my appartement and it eventually dispawned like why??
leave my wheelchair alone :P
would be nice if moveable items could stay where we put them please oh pretty please!
