It would be awesome if you could give your employees cocaine with effects that make them work faster i.e. "Athletic" but if you do it 3 days in a row they will become addicted and won't work without it. You'd have to fire them to get a new employee that isn't addicted BUT when you fire the addicted employee they will fight you.
