Idea for an immersive survival mode

"FULL TILT MODE
*HUNGER -Eat to keep from starving. Eat too much and get fat. Cigarettes count as food.
*THIRST – Remember to stay hydrated. Vodka has water in it, right?
*TOILET – Everybody’s gotta go. Just don’t let the cops see you do it.
*HYGIENE - Doesn’t effect your health, but when the bar gets empty, you get filthy.
-Hiding in dumpsters and running through the woods, sewers, and canals effect cleanliness the most, so will working with plants, chem stations, ovens and cauldrons.
*SLEEP – Doesn’t kick in until 4AM. Keep the bar from filling up by doing drugs or drinking coffee and Red Balls.
*ADDICTION – Do drugs too often and you’ll get hooked. Continue using to keep withdrawal symptoms at bay. You can always get clean, but Rehab is for quitters.
*INJURY – If you get shot or stabbed, your health will slowly bleed away until you receive medical attention. After hours injuries will require a visit to Dr. Sheisther’s Veterinary clinic.

*GAS GUZZLER mode – Keep an eye on your vehicle’s fuel level. Keep a few cans of fuel in the trunk just in case you get stranded.
-Possible mini-game at the fuel pump to gas up.
*CAR WASH – When 5 in game days pass, your car becomes dirty and you have to take it to the car wash. Part of Gas Guzzler mode.
-Separate from “Full Tilt” mode to increase accessibility. Some may like one without the other.

-None of these bars should fill up or drain too quickly. The point is an optional game mode that emphasizes immersion without adding frustration.

-The ability to customize the decay rates of stat bars would also increase playability by offering a fully customizable gameplay experience.
