[BUG FIX] Main Quests

Hey we have played the game and had several times the problem with quests.

They just disappeared. I have started to try to fix them myself by changing existing files and I've noticed that many quests are having problems with updating the states of progress.

Most of them had like State 2, some of them had state 1 but several didn't finish as all quests where done.

So several quests had state 2 but "IsTracked": true, that means, several quests where active but finished that's why they didn't show up and had some colidings.

I hope you can understand what I am talking about and rlly hope that this could help you to fix the quest issues many ppl are experiencing.

PS: The game hit us like a truck. It's cheap, amazing, funny and makes crazy fun. I just hate that the cops are everywhere especially near your house. I hope that the system won't get to annoying when they are able to do police raids.

Here is the location of the files, I have checked and changed.
