thirst and hunger, addiction and withdrawal
I think it would be interesting to add thirst and hunger to the game, so that you would have to think about it too
although, not everyone would want to spend time on it, maybe then make a more "real" difficulty and add it there
but addiction and withdrawal: when you use your product, you become addicted, and if you don't use it for a long time after that, you feel bad, but it will pass with time, or if you smoke something again, more addictive - it takes longer and worse to pass, this can be left on both normal and "real" difficulty
