New worker: Accountant

you could have a Accountant that pays all your worker as long as they have money and maybe have a workstation like a desk with a laptop with a safe or something. Either the accountant uses hard cash to pay workers or it could link to you bank balance to pay them.

The accountant could be something we unlock in the mid or late game and cost a lot more to hire one but also in daily wages.

You could even assign accounts only pay employees at one (or 2) property.

I love this idea. Would be fun to reference the movie with Ben Affleck too with his desk being named "XYZ Accounting".

Yes to accounted, who also handles laundering. Maybe add a third money... pile... In addition to cash on hand and back account, have a dirty money account, maybe represented by a safe or something at each site, where your bookkeeper can access a shared pile of money to be laundered. The bookkeepers will then sit at the computers and work all day to clean your cash... and sometimes play solitaire, and pay your employees.
