Lockpicking and robbery
With pickpocketing in the game, I often thought how cool it would be to be able to rob stores, either by holding them up, or waiting for after close, picking the lock and trying to get into the registers without tripping a security alarm. To balance it, with robbery, perhaps the player gets a fraction of the register money and the clerk has to close shop for a few days, incentivising players to try to break and enter after hours. With breaking and entering, any money stolen takes a number of days to recoup up to maximum (maybe a week) so that it's not abusable.
