Employees Happiness!

As i got to experiment with Botanists a little bit i have noticed that the employees that are (or look) old look at my character with disgust and anger. (at least that is what i feel when i visit the places a put them to work).

Wouldn't be nice if the employees would smile at you when they see you?
maybe get implemented in a future update because I am the greatest boss that have ever existed and i also pay him 200 ♥♥♥♥♥' dolars a day ad provide housing for him.
There are a few workers that do but you have to be a bit lucky to get one of those.
A strategy me and my wife do is to save the game before hiring from Manny. Give him 1 soil and 1 seed and see if he smiles while work. if not just reload.

ya I can see this rolled into a achievement system. The happier you make your workers the better they perform. Like buying them a Cuke vending machine or a coffee maker. Ya it will take up floor space, BUT if you get a 3-4% productivity boost it would be worth the money/floor space. And as your workers happiness changes you can see it in there faces.
