Drying Rack worker needs to be able to use supplies for dry racks (Has since been added)

The current system of supplies for botanists is only used for those assigned to plants, but I really think the dry rack worker should be able to use an assigned supplies point to restock the dry racks with plants.
As it stands each individual pot must be assigned to a dry rack in order for the work to be fully automated, this is rather annoying to have to set up and organize, especially for a large scale farm. If all the plants could just go to the storage marked supplies and the dry rack worker took those to the rack to do his job, it would be much more streamlined and easy to set up and reorganize.
