Report a translation problem
- A device similar to the sprinkler and soil distributor but which acts as a hopper for seeds instead, it drops the seed without the mess of the seed container (like the soil distributor) and also tamps the soil (eliminating the need to push the little soil pieces manually each time)
- ability to change name of mixes retroactively at any time. I didn't even realise naming them yourself was possible at first so just accepted all the default names, now I wish I could go back and edit the names without starting over!
- perhaps dynamic weather to go with the day/night cycle?
- an ability to peak/lean stealthily around corners (Q or E keys I guess?) so you can check if the cops are there without being seen
- might be good if rather than certain properties coming with or without delivery bays make the delivery bay a purchasable item that can be placed?
- I think the barn mezzanine should be converted into a full length loft, there's a lot of wasted space up there which could be used. Also more room out front to move vehicles (just remove a few trees), maybe even add a garage on the side with a door to the main area?
- the ability to sleep on the couch in the gang market warehouse
- perhaps a later game unlock-able feature to allow access to the gang market warehouse during the daytime? Or another similar location elsewhere that is a daytime venue?

I would like to be able to pay 25k per property to add a trash for cash machine on my property, the the cleaner uses and collects the cash.

I too wish I could go to the pawn shop and sell old/unwanted stuff.
I also wish that as you experiment you learn what the market items do. So that you can figure out how to make the complete blends these people want. I have like 200 weed strains and none are perfect for any of them. Honestly so much it's hurting my head.
- an in-game calculator might not be a bad idea, even as a phone app, I keep using my real-life one :D
- I feel like numerical limits on things need an upgrade across the board, on the one end things like item stacks (only 20 for baggies is way too low) and it is difficult to get enough mixers on larger operations even with multiple van deliveries (e.g: I need 480 energy drink and 480 paracetamol for my current setup and it is hard to get hold of that much). Something like boxes containing multiple 20 stacks could work?
The other end of things, I think the money laundering operations should start at $5k limit for the Laundromat, $10k for the Post Office, $25k for the Car Wash, and $50k for the Taco Ticklers, either that or allow some kind of purchasable upgrade package for each property to bump the numbers up from where they are now - upgrade laundering equipment?
-as per my previous suggestion on a seed dispenser, I think each of the basic procedures for each drug should have something like this where you have to do the tasks manually at first, but can buy equipment to streamline the process - this adds a stepping stone of player operated streamlining before hiring employees for full automation and allows you to 'buy your way out' of the slower parts of the processes once the tedium sets in (for meth and cocaine this could be simply upgraded ovens and stations).
Also, agreed on the larger item quantities, or more inventory slots. Maybe more hires so they can collect/deliver to dealers, launder cash, etc.
