PGR / speed grow on Multi-Use soil

I would like for them both to last for the amount of uses each soil type lasts, because as it stands now, the only thing you're paying extra for with the soils is the convenience of not having to refill the pots every time. Then you unlock the soil distributors and it does't even matter because it's so quick. Therefore I think the PGR & speed grow should be able to stay in the soil when you have the long lasting or super long lasting soils. This way it would be worth the money because you'd save money by not having to buy a lot of PGR and Speed Grow (I would also be fine with only the PGR staying in the soil as I can see how immediately having 50% plant growth for 3 grows would be a bit broken)
