Perhaps making tanks expensive, thus the cost of it could be diverted to other stuff by the nations who lacks it. Or like i said above, give the nations their historical strength; A-H with skoda heavy arty and Russia with high number of troops. If they find a formula to make the MP balanced, i'm ok
Austrian playstyle: Infantry+Artillery.
The Austrian should take over the battefield in the beginning of the match with the cheap infantry and prepare defensive positions with the Engineers and Artillery to hold the Medium and Late Game against more offensive oriented factions.
Here are some ideas for the Rooster:
Regular Infantry:
1. Landsturm (K.K. Austrian/ K.U. Hungarian): Cheap Infantry with low accuracy. Low CP, Cost and Time to bring them to the battefield.
Infantry Rifle: Manlicher M1890. Officer: Roth-Krnka M.7 Pistol.
2. K.K. Landwehr/ K.U. Honved: Regular Infantry, normal accuracy and no items. (If its possible, the troops should arrive in battle with their own uniforms -Austrian Landwehr and Hungarian Honved- in a proportion of 2/1).
Infantry Rifle: Manlicher M1895 . Officer: Roth-Krnka M.7 Pistol.
3. K.u.K. Infantry (Common Army): Regular Infantry, with normal accuracy and armed with Frag Grenades (1 for each soldier).
Infantry Rifle: Manlicher M1895 . Officer: Roth-Krnka M.7 Pistol.
Elite Infantry:
1. KáiserJäger: High Accuracy and Frag Grenades.
2. Bosnian-Herzegovinian: High Accuracy, Frag Grenades and AT Grenades.
3. Stormtroopers: Specialized Troops to take on enemy fortifications (like the german ones).
All with Infantry Rifle: Manlicher M1895. Officer: Roth-Krnka M.7 Pistol. (except for the especial arms of the Stormtroopers).
Support Infantry:
1. Pioneers: Should bring 3 sandbags and 3 barbwire, 4 Mines per soldier.
2. Storm Pioneers: Should Bring 2 sandbags, 2 barbwire and 2 Mines per soldiers (and a lot of AT Grenades).
3. Feldjäger.
4. Officer.
5. Gunners.
Artillery:
1. Schwarzlose M/12: Machinegun with greater range of fire (exceeded the standart Machinegun range). Can be operated with hinged shield and tripod and as a light machinegun.
2. 37 mm Skoda L 310 M 1915 Infantry gun: With HE and Shrapnel Shells.
3. 80 mm FeldKanone M. 17: Normal (HE and Shrapnel Shells) and Gas).
3. 90 mm Granatenwerfer.
Armored Vehicles:
1. Austro-Daimler Panzerwagen.
2. Junovicz P.A.1.
Transport and Procurement:
1. Horse.
2. Austro-Daimler M12.
Heavy Artillery:
1. 100 mm M. 14 Feldhaubitze: Normal (HE and Shrapnel Shells) and Gas.
2. 120 mm Minenwerfer M16: With HE and Gas.
3. 305 mm Škoda Mörser M. 11 (Only Mobile with the Austro-Damiler M12).
DEVS: If you are interested in some of this units or ideas I can help with information and photos, and with wathever you need, of course for free.

AH had Romfell armored car too.
Thank you, I like that AH will have more art, that will benefit a more defensive oriented nation. :)
