Does this game have 4 player local co-op?

I believe the console versions do. Does anyone know if PC supports up to 4 local players, or only 2?

I saw 4 slots there when I play the game(PC),
I'm sure it supports 2 players,but don't know if 4 players works well too.

I have the PC version on disc and it does support 4 players. I just got the Steam version, haven't downloaded it yet but it should be the same.
