This is a great puzzler with 1 major flaw and that is lack of the undo button. That is a must have feature and I must call that out .
In terms of puzzle design and mechanics this is one of the best games I have ever played. I played many puzzlers and I always get to the same issue with most of them. Most of the puzzlers will show you new mechanics/characters, they use them for a certain number of levels and then they don't combine them at all or combine them in a casual way.
Parcel has 6 characters with unique traits and throughout the game you will gradually learn how to use them. Each stage combines the characters towards the end and these levels can be very hard. Some levels where you have to combine 4 or 5 characters were a joy to solve. You have 2 types of levels, the first is the normal world and the second is some kind of TRON like cyber world, so 125 levels total but high quality in the majority of levels. Great puzzle design in general.
There were some things I didn't like but nothing that can't be turned off. Music is not good and the game looks better when you set the graphics to low. These are of course subjective complaints, I like a clean look when I play puzzlers and the music was distracting and repetitive.
The lack of UNDO button is a major flaw and the main reason why only 4.1 % of players finished this game. You have a quick save button but this helps only when you are on the right path because if you make a mistake and hit the quick save button you have to restart the entire level. It is better than nothing I guess but a stupid feature if you ask me.
I saw some people saying that this is a sokoban like game in the reviews and I think this is far from truth. The game has sokoban elements of course but when you unlock all the characters you will see that this is an unique game that offers complex puzzles.
Great and unique puzzler, really can't find more words to describe how much I like this game. The whole experience would've been almost perfect with UNDO button ;)
Worth your time and money so if you like puzzlers this is a must play !
