30 hrs unofficial review (please read dev)
I have enjoyed this game quite a bit, figured out most of the mechanics and it is a crawl walk run game.overall it takes alot of time to build up to fighting status but for as long as that takes you can lose it in a single minute. This is from a fun perspective few things im finding hard to deal with, trying to point out these things not to be harsh but to share my point of view. I have loved all the little qol improvements ive seen so far, market watermarks, search bar for items, deselect switch for autosell. all great stuff and youre still working on things i know. so of my biggest UUGGGGGHHHHHHH stuff in game currently.

1) need sliding bar to not extend past current manpower i have available, i had something like 2k resources and only 1-2 manpower and it was extremely difficult to get the slider in the correct spot without going over. one you have so many resources the slightest movement on slider in almost always over the allotted manpower you have.

2) need to stack influence buys when donating to political groups, so that way im not clicking 200 times to regain influence after passing a bill, if i have the lyfe for it just let me max it out.

3)some way to see the production chains
3.5) and i do like seeing where the resources are but it is very hard to remember where ive built things previously that ik i have and end up just rebuilding them again because i dont want to click through 300+ providences to find where i started doing it at

4) late game i had 4x the military power and controlled most of the map, had to hand build every base, silo, all the building for projects, click by click roughly 15 clicks per providence and 200+ different times, i did this in hopes it would at least mitigate some of the dead hand, spoiler it did nothing as far as i could tell so 4 hours wasted. (please add buy all projects in each line or add multiclick to providences so i can purchase an entire group at a single time)

5)deadhand is ridiculous and basically destroys the entire playthrough, I did survive the first one but lost basically everything i spent time to build up and with all the clicking i didnt want to go back and rebuild for 5+ more hours. (dont really know what to do with this but there has to be another way, i didnt even fight any of their troops just the lost 3-4 providences then boom deadhand, basically a wipe, this is not fun.) i remember long time ago i played game rise of nations and they had an Armageddon clock that allowed nukes but limited them or else game over. maybe something like this could be helpful vs spamming nukes. there just has to be something else to counter it without losing 90+% of progress made.

6) a bug that happened after a enemy deadhand, my troops all grouped together and just stopped moving had to individually click each army then unclick autonomy and reclick from the outside in to try and get them unstuck was a pain.

just few things ive noticed and i call BS on a 13,000 day defeating the superpowers lol

Im having fun all way up to fighting nuclear powers thats where it just becomes a drag, once you clicked 20000 times to build you really dont want to do it again especially after every deadhand i couldnt imagine. but overall I know its being worked on, and it has been good so far and i will continue playing. :)

If you did read this and youre a dev I thank you. I could never create a game like this so i dont want to come off as complaining, just trying to enjoy the work yallve done and bringing up what ive experienced. Hope it keeps getting better.

Hello X-Destroyer

Thank you for your detailed feedback. It really helps to be able to see what you're experiencing in order to help improve Trade Conquest so that everyone else can also enjoy it that much more. And of course i try to read through all the feedback and it is always appreciated.

I will start working on building accessibility like you have mentioned once i finish an early game update that is currently on the works.

As far as party donation, It is meant to represent "buying off" politicians or government officials. On smaller nations it is much more accessible and doable but on a larger GDP nation it's meant to be tedious and not really doable as you shouldn't really be able to buy government officials in the same manner.
That's when you'd have to depend on Social research and gaining monthly Influence though your investments, or when you have become head of State and maxed out Social Research, though Military buildings as well. At that point, you should be able to pass bills at least on a semi monthly basis (depending on nation) as you gain more monthly influence as head of state.
Adding a set amount option or altering Party donation more would essentially make "the Lobbyist" obsolete. And she is really good at helping pass those laws as her benefits also boosts party donation research.

Aside from that, I will continue to work on game balance, fixing bugs and accessibility as feedback comes in and to hopefully make Trade Conquest that more enjoyable.
Thanks again for the time taken to leave your suggestions and observations.

PS. The ranking top is currently held by Youtube streamer @sonikkuhedgie.
I will leave the link in case you want to watch the stream where he got it. There are many ways to play Trade Conquest, this is his strategy.
