There is no Sell all resources at once button.
There is "Auto Sell" down the Business Research so it will automatically sell to your market on a monthly basis when you turn it on.
However, on your own you might not want to sell your goods monthly. Each time you do it affects demand on the markets. Might want to invest on storages and stock up on goods and let demand and/or current events sweeten the prices for a few months, so then you can get a much better deal if you look for them. Demand naturally grows over time for most goods.
If you leave yourself enough for maintenance costs for 6 months to a year, you'll see better profits than selling it monthly.
Thanks for the quick response!
Yes, selling to different Markets would help you to get better profits based on their demand. The difference is that your Nation's Inflation is based on your Home Market's average demand for Agriculture, Meats, Alcohol, Luxury, Infrastructure, Gasoline and Diesel resources.
So selling them in your home market would help meet demand and keep inflation lower over time.
It's up to you to determine if the benefits for profits of the resources sold is better than keeping home inflation low. Inflation affects the cost of everything you build as well as maintenance costs.
