Alice not small enough unlock the door in Salazen Grum (Castle). What can i do?

I need a help about the game.
There is a small door in Red Queens Castle in Salazen Grum. Alice too big for the door at the begining of leven and objective is findind Pishsalver potion for shrink her. I played the leven and aquire the potion from the bird. And in the cut scene Hatter gives it to Alice and she drunk it. But Alice still to big for the door. She is nearly tall like Hatter after the potion and the door didn't unlock. I watched some walkthrough on youtube. In the walkthrough she is more smaller after drink the potion.
Is this a bug? What i must do?

Im stuck on the same spot, I have rerun the level 5 times and nothing changes. Have you found a way around this

Look, this is really late but you have to make a new save.
