Desynchronized from the server
When I launch the game I am connected (or sync'd) to the servers. I am able to play versus battles. However, when I click on the Store my coin total goes to 0 and I become disconnected from the server (unable to buy, etc). If I fiddle around with the menus I can reconnect, but any/all attempts to gotot he Store disconnects me. This issue has been going on for a couple days now.

It has been a week with no changes. I have been unable to find an option inside the game or in Steam to error check the install or any sort of recovery.

Does anyone know if uninstalling the game and redownloading it will affect my card collection?

I tried uninstalling the game then re-downloading it and it did not resolve the problem. Is it an account issue then? This is fairly frustrating and will eventually lead me to just uninstalling this game and walking away forever. Will anyone respond or help me with this issue?

Update on Behavior:
-When I launch Magic Duels it immediately informs me that I am offline and prompts me to Retry the connection or goto the generic http://wizards.custhelp.com site (I click on Retry and it connects)
-The daily quests screen appears and I can click on the arrow button to reroll the quest. If I do click on the reroll the quest just disappears (no new quest gets populated). If I close the quest menu and relaunch it the quest is just gone. If I close Magic Duels and relaunch the game, the original quest reappears in the quest log. I essentially can never avoid a quest.
-If I navigate to the store and enter a screen where I could potentially spend coins, the game immediately disconnects me from the server. The service will be in a state where I can never purchase anything. If I walk through some hoops, the game can get reconnected to the server, but the sequence takes me back to the main game menu (i.e. not in the store).

You might try opening a support ticket
