In general though, you want a nice bell shaped mana curve. So several 1-2 cmc cards, majority 3-4 cmc, and a few 5-6(bombs).
As for card specifics, I don't know what cards are in your collection so you're going to have to experiment for yourself.
Black/White does seem to be enchantment based though. So try adding enchantments and cheap creatures, with black/white removal spells.
Converted mana cost. Its the total mana cost of the card. So 2B is three cmc, 2 colorless(any color) and one black. CMC is used to differential cards with additional mana costs. Cards that have X in it's mana cost will count as zero when calculating CMC. So a XBB card is still only 2 CMC.
In regular Magic, B/W soldiers was a draft archetype not long ago and then with Ravnica there's the Orzov Guild and the 'extort' mechanic which is a life drain type of thing. Historically though B/W don't always pair very well.
Blue/Black U/B has always made a decent control deck and graveyard recursion is a pretty strong mechanic in Duels.
No, but there's a minimum of 60 for Constructed and 40 for Limited. 100 for Commander, which I'm a big fan of haha.
It needs some cleaning (I made it before really getting any boosters) and suffers against some decks but it works more often than not even in its sloppy state. Flying 5/5 Lifelink vampires have given me a good number of "Player replaced by AI" messages. Might serve as a basis for you to do something.
