Sprint Toggle vs Hold

After playing the demo a bit, I think I would really enjoy an option to have Hold to Sprint rather than toggle. I know sprint always on is an idea that people have talked about, but I enjoy having more control over my character's speed.

Also, at the current moment toggling sprint seems to linger even after letting go of all movement buttons (WASD). You have to wait for a complete stop, I think. Either way, it has caused a bit of frustration as I'll stop moving for a split second, and as I try to move again I will press Shift again to sprint, but since it lingered and was still active, I will toggle sprint off
